Refund policy

At Tiny Ease Shop, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• Used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos included.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
